BOTULINUM TOXIN LEVEL 1
This course is a perfect introduction in the use of BTX in facial aesthetics. It is ideal for the complete beginner, but also serves as a perfect course for delegates that have attended courses elsewhere and wish to re-establish a sound foundation in this most important discipline and treatment.
The course fee includes all materials used on the day, lecture notes and lunch. You will be issued a certificate on completion of the course, essential for obtaining your insurance cover. Details on insurance will also be provided on the day.
This is a full day commencing at 9am. We ask you to come at 8.30am for coffee so we can start promptly at 9am. The morning comprises of the theory behind doing treatment for lines, managing and avoiding complications and the consultation process.
In the afternoon you will observe a consultation process and the treatment then you will be invited to do this for yourself under supervision. Be prepared for a long and tiring day! The day will end at approximately 6pm.

Aims and Objectives
- To gain an understanding of the use of dermal fillers in the face.
To appreciate and have knowledge of the different types of fillers currently available and the pros and cons of each.
Discuss various injection techniques.
To understand the anatomical considerations when using a dermal filler.
Understand the importance of accurate patient assessment from the initial consultation through to the actual treatment by watching live demonstrations.
To understand how to carry out the procedures by undertaking a practical workshop (hands-on workshop session) models will be provided.
DERMAL FILLERS LEVEL 1
The Level 1 Dermal Filler course concentrates on the use of dermal fillers for the Perioral region. This includes nose to mouth lines, nasio-labials, lips, and mouth corners.
Delegates will be issued a certificate of completion of the course. Details will also be provided on insurance.

This is a full day commencing at 9 am at our Dunston clinic in Gateshead. We ask you to come at 8.30am for coffee so we can start promptly at 9 am. The morning session will cover the theory behind Dermal Filler treatments, managing complications and the consultation process, which will differ in some ways to the consultation for Toxin.
In the afternoon you will observe a consultation process and various treatments then you will be invited to do this for yourself under supervision. Aim to end at 6 pm. Over the course of the two days, we will also give you some tips on how to get started. We will also advise you how to get insurance, where to purchase sundries and how to deal with clinical waste and pharmacies.
